Know what happens next. Know your choices.
These notices explain BragaPartners’ recruiting service and website. You can ask for help, correct information or stop an optional activity without agreeing to unrelated services.
The essentials
Workers pay $0 in our proposed employer-funded direct-hire program. Asking for help does not create an employer fee, authorize an application or permit sharing a résumé. Employers decide whom to hire. We do not guarantee a job, a hire or a particular outcome.
BragaPartners is operated by StartByCalling.xyz LLC, Florida. Our service correspondence and privacy contact is Russel@rapidhireme.xyz. The RapidHireMe email domain does not combine the services’ customer records or permissions. The dedicated Indigo inbox is used only for incoming employer talent alerts.
Privacy & your data
What we receive and why
Depending on what you choose to do, we receive your contact details, account information, work interests, location preferences, availability, résumé and application information; employer role details and authorized business contacts; messages, permissions, appointment notes and support requests. We use these to respond, maintain your case, coordinate permissioned introductions and support the hiring process.
Account and service systems also process identifiers, activity times, security events and technical connection information. Forms show the information needed for that step. Do not put passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents or unrelated medical information in ordinary text fields.
Who receives information
Authorized BragaPartners staff use records needed for their work. Google Firebase supports hosting, authentication and backend records. A separately authorized email connection delivers selected correspondence. Marketing tools can send selected campaign facts to Google Gemini to produce drafts, as disclosed in that tool. Public marketing assets and approved public job descriptions are visible to website visitors.
Employer sharing requires the appropriate employer authority and the worker’s permission for the specific application package. A general signup does not provide that permission. Employers and their career portals have their own privacy practices. An applicant-direct route keeps the worker in control of submitting to that employer.
We do not sell applicant profiles or use them as marketing testimonials without permission. A Google connection has additional, specific limits explained in Google connections privacy. A provider or new purpose requiring additional permission must be explained before that permission is requested.
Résumés, uploads and retention
The supported PDF/DOCX résumé reader extracts text in your browser. Saving or submitting a résumé through a portal sends the selected file and reviewed information to that workflow; reading a file is not the same as submitting it. Access to private records depends on the account and case permissions.
We retain information for the recruiting or support purpose, required recordkeeping, security and dispute handling. Different record types can have different requirements; there is no single deletion period for every upload or agreement. Job Monitor alert previews have a 90-day intake retention process, explained in its Google notice. Other records require a case-specific retention review.
Request deletion or a copy through Data & contact choices. We check identity, linked records and any legal retention or preservation requirement, then explain the result. Withdrawal stops relevant future use; it does not automatically recall copies already shared with an employer, erase required evidence or instantly remove backups. No website can promise perfect security.
Children’s information
This recruiting service is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s information here. If you believe we received it, contact the privacy address so we can investigate and take the appropriate action. This notice does not decide whether a person is legally eligible for a particular job.
Service terms & recruiting boundaries
Use BragaPartners for genuine recruiting, work-search and related support requests. Provide information you believe is accurate, correct mistakes, and share only material you are entitled to provide. Do not impersonate another person, submit someone’s profile without permission, misuse private records or interfere with the service.
A public request starts a conversation. Representation, service scope, employer fees and any material commitments require the applicable separate agreement and role-specific permission. A talent-community email, careers page or review rating does not establish an agency agreement.
Some employers permit approved agency submissions; others require the worker to apply directly. The portal should identify the route and the evidence still needed. A BragaPartners letterhead résumé must not be prepared or shared when agency permission, the accepted format or the relevant agreement is missing or stale. A worker may decline an opportunity or withdraw further sharing.
The proposed direct-hire service does not make BragaPartners the worker’s employer, guarantee employment or establish temporary-staffing, payroll, tax, benefits or immigration services. Any different service needs its own approved scope and terms. Website notices do not amend an existing signed agreement or waive rights that applicable law protects.
Truthful content and fair treatment
Job facts, claims and testimonials must have an identifiable basis. Illustrations, examples and demonstrations must not be presented as real customers, verified hires or actual earnings. We do not use fake reviews or undisclosed paid endorsements. Report an inaccurate job, misleading claim or unauthorized image through the desk.
Recruiting decisions belong to authorized people. Report discrimination, harassment, retaliation or a process concern through our contact address. Describe the issue without unnecessary sensitive details. This route is not emergency response and does not replace a legal filing or extend a deadline.
Fees, cancellation & refunds
Workers pay $0 for the proposed employer-funded direct-hire program. There is no worker success fee for this program. Do not pay a recruiter personally or send payment credentials in a message.
Before paid employer work begins, the applicable agreement must state the service, fee amount or calculation, currency, event that earns the fee, due date, cancellation terms and any replacement, credit or refund arrangement. An inquiry, résumé review, signature or invoice alone is not proof that a fee was earned or money collected.
There is no universal refund promise for employer recruiting work: the actual agreement and applicable law determine what is due. To question a charge, request cancellation or ask for a refund review, email Russel@rapidhireme.xyz with the case or invoice reference and what you want reviewed. Do not include card or bank details. The desk must explain the outcome and any next step.
You may ask to stop a search, decline a role or withdraw future profile sharing. Stopping future activity does not automatically undo work already authorized or an earlier employer submission. No new paid subscription or automatic renewal is created by browsing, joining a talent list or sending a request. Any future recurring paid service needs clear terms and separate authorization.
If an older signed agreement or payment record appears inconsistent with these notices, ask the desk to review that exact record. We do not silently rewrite historical agreements or balances.
Data & contact choices
One contact route: Russel@rapidhireme.xyz. Tell us whether you want access, a copy, a correction, deletion, to stop marketing, or help withdrawing a permission. A case reference and the email used for the service usually help us find the right record. Never send a password, full identity document or tax number with the initial request.
We may need proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing private records. We will explain any information that must be retained or a limitation on the requested action. Rights and response deadlines depend on the applicable law; this notice does not narrow those rights.
Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or ask us to stop marketing at this address. Essential updates about a request you keep open may still be needed. Marketing permission is separate from receiving necessary case messages. Optional calls, texts and reminders should follow your selected preferences; asking a question is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing.
For an external employer’s talent alerts, use that employer’s unsubscribe or privacy route. Disconnecting Job Monitor does not unsubscribe the mailbox from every employer. Do not use the Indigo alert inbox for client or worker correspondence.
Accessibility & getting help
We aim to make essential journeys usable with a keyboard, readable labels, clear contrast, useful image descriptions and plain-language instructions. Examples beside text fields explain a format or kind of answer; they are not actual answers and are not submitted unless you type them yourself.
If a screen or document prevents you from continuing, contact Russel@rapidhireme.xyz. Tell us the page, the step and the format or help you need. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will work with you on an accessible way to continue. We do not claim that every page or document has passed an independent accessibility certification.
Russel AI: a helping hand with clear limits
Russel is an AI-assisted coordinator, not a human recruiter. Depending on the tool, it can explain steps, organize supplied facts, suggest wording, identify missing information or prepare drafts. Some help is generated from fixed rules and templates; selected marketing drafting uses Google Gemini. A suggestion is not verified evidence and can be wrong.
You can correct a suggestion or ask the desk for a person. Russel does not decide hiring, reject candidates, establish legal rights, approve fees or replace employer permission. It must not infer protected traits or share a profile without the required specific permission. Review any draft before sending it.
If you need urgent help: this recruiting website is not a crisis or emergency service and messages are not continuously monitored by a person. In the US, call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support. Call 911 if there is immediate danger. Outside the US, use your local emergency or crisis service.
Automated intake can be available outside staffed hours; that does not promise a human response, placement or resolution at any particular time. Follow the timing shown for your actual case.
Electronic documents & dates
A privacy notice or routine support note does not require a signature just because it appears here. Agreements and specific permissions use the acceptance method appropriate to that document. Official tax or government forms keep their own required format and execution rules.
Before an electronic signature is requested, you must be able to read the exact document, check your details, understand the effect, choose electronic handling and save or print a copy. You may decline to sign and ask the desk about another method. A typed name alone in a normal message or text field is not this signing process.
A completed signing record must identify the document version, the signer’s account and stated authority, the explicit signing action and its recorded time. A contract’s effective date is a separate agreed field; it must not silently replace or backdate the actual signing time. Changing a signed document requires a new version and the appropriate new acceptance.
The Document Desk’s review drafts are not approved for execution. A signature field or a high document-quality score does not make a draft legally approved, establish agency permission or guarantee a fee.
Changes, rights and questions
We will date revised notices and explain material changes at the relevant step. Where a change needs new consent or agreement, publishing a notice alone does not supply it. Existing rights, specific permissions and signed agreements must be handled separately.
Images, fonts and other material must be used under the applicable license or permission. If you believe content is inaccurate or infringes your rights, send the page link and a description to our correspondence address. Avoid sending confidential files until a suitable private route is arranged.
These notices explain our service; they are not a guarantee that every possible law or jurisdiction has been reviewed. For a question about your specific legal rights or an agreement, consult a qualified professional.
